This does not stop Nobert Mao, Dr. K. Besigye and Bobi Wine among others to be loved and to be prepared or supported in 2026 Presidential polls if they contest.
The new wave of politics is continuing to sweep over various regions of Uganda with millions of youth so far switching their hopes to Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, as the only tested and proven future leader who can transform the country politically, economically and socially.
Muhoozi’s huge support is protected and boosted by a tireless team dubbed Team Chairman MK Project, which Sunday laid a foundation stone for the construction of a girl’s dormitory at Endiizi High School in Bukanga County, Isingiro District in Western Uganda.
The area is represented by Hon. Stephen Kangwagye, who doubles as an executive member of Team Chairman MK Project.
Led by Micheal Toyota Nuwagira, the Chairman of Team Chairman MK Project, the group visited Bukanga for several life-changing activities including planting trees, donation of pads, before they graced Sevo Cup finals organized by Hon.Kangwagye.
“Team Chairman’s ideology is to transform Ugandans and empower communities, promote talents among other programs. Your presence here confirms your commitment towards Uganda’s transformative activities,” said Kangwagye.
Micheal Toyota Nuwagira alias Chairman, the team leader assured Ugandans that they will continue engaging in transformative activities across the country.
Jacquie Namuyonga, the Team Chairman and Secretary General, said their aim for donating pads to girls across the country is to keep girls in school and also ensure that they embrace education without inconveniences caused by their menstrual periods.
The construction of a dormitory will also see girls who have been walking kilometers to return home, especially candidates, stay at school to concentrate on academics.
Besides the hardships including understaffing, inadequate laboratories and school dropouts, the school has been performing well in the previous years according to the head teacher, Mubangizi Guard.
The event was attended by local leaders, residents, religious and the business community of Isingiro.
This is not the first time Team Chairman MK Project is engaging in transformative activities. Two weeks ago, the group donated mattresses and pads to schools in Arua and held sports activities in West Nile.
