He is James Kyeswa in Kisoga village aged 24 years.
Having 3 terrible wounds.
One on foot heel after stepping on a nail when he was coming out of his wheelchair
The other two are on both buttocks as a result of uncontrollable urine and feaces since birth.
Medical help from any well-wishers…he can’t afford medication and financial help to the family.
Well come in person and help please. Kyeswa lives with his father, the mother who are all equally mentally ill.
