NRM Turkey chapter officials are bitter for missing NRM CEC delegates’ conference in Kampala. They are accusing their former Chairman Opio Hussein who is also known as Wasswa Hussein for the mess.
It is said that Opio Hussein who was deported from Turkey some time back over a bad record and has no chance of ever steeping their again made a wrong list which was sent to state house and was accredited causing the right delegates to miss.
Opio who is accused of working with some former Ugandan Amb. whose name starts with W are said to have included their girlfriends some who have never stepped foot in Turkey.
“We want to know what criteria they used to pay them the 4000$. They were paid 4000$ each when they never traveled to Uganda and won’t come back to turkey. Some have never stepped foot in Turkey.
Opio was our chairman but was deported only our disappointment by adding non diasporians on the list” said one of the Ugandan NRM officials who is based in Turkey” The NRM official added.
A disgruntled source said “they were paid 4000$ each when they never traveled to Uganda and won’t come back to turkey. They do not have tickets of travelling from Turkey excerpt if they have those printed at Nasser Street in Kampala”
Maj Gen. Pollar Awich who was asked about the scandal said he was never involved in the accreditation process and was instead picking guests who were coming from abroad. While Amb Abbey Walusimbi could not be reached for a comment on the matter.
“I was never involved in the accreditation process of Ugandan NRM officials who live and work abroad. It is un fortunate that the right people missed and wrong guys attended and pocked money” Maj Gen. Awich said.
“Pamela and Mugerwa have never step foot in turkey unless they have fake visas from Nasser street in Kampala.  Our vice chairman is called Mr. Kisige Martin and he arrived a day before the conference and his name was not on the list of those accredited to attend the NRM CEC” an NRM official based in Turkey complained.
The eastafricanwatch.net media team has seen a video when the masqueraders are parading the dollars they got from NRM CEC meeting which ended recently.
“We are going to report them to President Museveni and Gen. Muhoozi, I don’t think they will survive this, we spend money to support the NRM party and we can’t be sidelined on serious meetings such as NRM CEC in Kampala” another NRM Turkey official stated.
The NRM CEC Meeting ended a few days in Kampala in which Rebecca Kadaga and Dr. Chris Baryomunsi lost their NRM CEC positions among others.
The NRM Turkey Chapter officials are also counting losses for missing to attend the meeting while the fake officials brought by Opio attended.
