California River of Life University Lecturer Bishop Dr Bwogi Mathew has said that Pastor Isaac Rwomushana is not a true pastor because his teachings are not based on the true word of God.
The lecturer also a Bishop speaking to Masters of Divinity degree students this afternoon said most of his( Rwomushana) teachings about God seem sensible but are not founded on God’s word.
“ He is a good motivational speaker but serious Christians should not take Rwomushana’s teachings serious. It is true he has become popular but he is not speaking for God” Bishop Bwogi said.
The Bishop for example said Rwomushana’s teachings on prayers that people should not take enough time with God in prayer is a joke. He said Jesus himself who is also God prayed for long time.
Rwomushana has also been telling wives in their marriage not to listen to their Pastors rather to their husbands, which situation varies or depends on cases.
“ Would a woman listen to her husband who tells her to abandon salvation because she has to listen to her husband?” The Bible teachers that Jesus said he had come to separate the family, it could mean that some people may have to take God’s ways sometimes and separate with their families in pursuit of God and righteousness”. Bishop Bwogi said.
The Bishop asked Rwomushana to go back to a bible school for training if he wants to be a Pastor or to seat under a good Christian leader for grounding and mentorship into ministry otherwise he is heading no where and that he is not serving God.
The Bishop said he recently dream ’t when they were(with some people) at Rwomushana’s church inside but had been made to leave their shoes at the entrance and while exiting from some other entrance had to move out without his shoes which when translated meant that Rwomushana’s teaching are far from God looking at the significance of the shoes to a Christian.
Students at the University in Nsangi said, besides Rwomushana’s spiritual father is not known and his things/teachings are not biblical but look appealing to usual common sense but are not Godly.
Rwomushana who has become a popular figure on social media, particularly on TikTok, where his teachings resonate strongly with many Ugandan youths but are not necessarily teachings that are from God’s throne.
Musician Laika Music falls for Rwomushana;
He has since gained significant influence, and musician Laika Music says he is currently the man she would want to date.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Laika explained that she finds Rwomushana interesting and considers him one of the top preachers in the country.
“I want to date a pastor, and Rwomushana is the one. He is interesting, and I relate to his teachings,” she explained.
Laika Music also mentioned Prophet Elvis Mbonye as another person she admires, describing him as a smart man with an appealing personality.

When asked to comment on his teachings Rwomushana didn’t respond to our reporters’ messages on whatsup. He seriously needs guidance or he is nothing but a false teacher, the students at Nsangi said.
