A clarion call for reconciliation in FDC

‘If Col Besigye and his band of Katonga Road  missleaders ask for forgiveness; Let them be forgiven’

Ad

I a bit differ from  you comrade Wafende Allyi, as a leader , infarct  FDC Deputy President Western Uganda, I’m deployed to leave no stone unturned in ensuring our  good party is stabilised.  We shall leave no one behind in this Nandala -Amuriat lead FDC revolution. I can’t rule out the party  re-admitting members to create harmony and cohesion in the party ahead of 2026 polls.
If Col Besigye and his band of Katonga Road  miss leaders ask for forgiveness and own up .Then what I  have as   immediate instructions  is  to ensure there is  a stable FDC party  before 2026 moving forward.
*In politics, there are  no permanent friends or enemies but permanent interests, mission and vision*.
Our cardinal  objective is to capture power in 2026 polls . Alliances are good but the interests of our party  FDC must be paramount and guarded jealously. I  get seriously annoyed  by hate speech peddlers but I don’t hate any person in this country. I simply disagree openly and democratically to deepen competitiveness in our party.

Hon Nandala Mafabi and Hon Patrick Amuriat managing the FDC leaders who broke away

Col. Besigye has had mistakes now and in the past  but he also had serious  achievements in the struggle. The problem now is his  huge appetite  to blackmail his former funders and supporters for ulterior motives.  As the current  leadership of FDC, we hope all is not lost. Our former  party president Col Besigye can notify the leadership at Najjanankumbi and ask to lead his Katonga group  of escorts, aides and helpers back to their political home in a massive function at Najjanankumbi this year 2024.
As   a modern political party we look forward to welcome all of them including those who offended  us  seriously and led to  the creation of hostilities in the party last year 2023  which caused a huge storm.
We shall find room in our big hearts  and minds  to forgive them . We must now focus on the bigger picture  of taking power.

Hon Dan Matsiko

I know  our  President  Patrick Amuriat, SG Nandala , Treasurer General Ekanya and our very chairman Hon. Mzee Jack Sabiiti very well. They passionately love cohesion in the FDC. Harmoney and unity is very important,  they ‘re forgiving persons and leadership commands call for forgiveness and reconciliation  once an apology  is submitted before the current FDC leadership.
We shall welcome but with a serious caution to Katonga members and continue to help them to settle again in the party for cohesion. I promise  and volunteer to sell that very  narrative to the FDC leaders, members, supporters and the whole country in the media once its cleared by Najjanankumbi party leadership  and  the Col Besigye Katonga Road leadership.
