A Ugandan conman who pretends to be one Maj. Gen. Sam Kiwanuka but when he is actually Sekide is wanted over allegedly defrauding Sidari Limited (Kenya) of USD 197,670.
According to information shared by the Anti-corruption Unit of the office of the President in Uganda ‘Maj Gen’ Sekidde is wanted for defrauding Sidari Limited (Kenya) of USD 197,670 using forged documents from the Office of the President and the Bank of Uganda.
