Mr. Twinomugisha Edwin also known as Ikondere Rya’Bushenyi Ishaka Municipality has of late made a very significant name in the field of politics after showing his interest to unseat the incumbent MP Mr Kabuura Derrick Beimukye the son of a prominent businessman also known as Bam.
Hon Edwin Ikondere comes from a remote part of the Municipality in Masya village, Ruharo ward, Central Division.
He’s comes from a very humble background that supported him to start his life journey as a teacher before turning into a national curriculum expert and educational analyst.
Mr Twinomugisha Edwin has greatly impacted education by promoting technology in education and starting up related businesses that complement the field of study. He has also upgraded his studied to the level of tutoring which has helped him to train many other teachers across the country.
Besides teaching, he has also managed administrative affairs for several schools, and participated in different political platforms in favour of his political party NRM.

He’s Currently the first teacher of his kind to show interest in contesting for this big seat with a high signal of win.
Bushenyi Ishaka Municipality is well known for highly contested commercialised politics but Ikondere has pushed hard to change the narrative and indeed the biggest population has started rallying behind Edwin given that he shares alot in common with voters.
It is most likely to shock the world for this poor young teacher to lead Bushenyi Ishaka Municipality since he’s preaching a message containing what pains the people of Bushenyi Ishaka Municipality claiming that he comes from the same suffering communities which doubles his chances of winning the forthcoming General election.
This has left many rich people in the area in balance upon seeing this young man changing the mindsets of voters who seem to be believing in him so much especially the youth that prefer getting a hardworking people to meet their social challenges as opposed to lining with manipulators.
