Kampala, Uganda | Internationally renowned evangelist Benny Hinn’s three-day Healing Crusade in Uganda has drawn massive crowds, high-profile leaders, and extraordinary testimonies of healing—marking what participants are calling a historic spiritual revival in the country.
But his message has also made great impact on the entire African continent with special prayers for especially South Sudan, Eritrea and Ethiopia among other countries in Africa.
Evangelist Benny Hinn also made and called for special and continued prayers for his country Israel and stressed its importance in the return of Jesus Christ. He said as stated in the Bible, any one who blesses Jerusalem and Israel in general is blessed because Israel is God’s special country.
On Day 3 of the crusade held at Rubaga Miracle Centre in Kampala, over 500,000 people from 37 nations gathered in a spiritually charged atmosphere described by Hinn as rich in anointing and filled with the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit.
“Blind eyes were opened, and the platform was filled with crutches and empty wheelchairs—a visible testimony that our Jesus still heals,” Hinn declared.
Among the dignitaries present was Her Royal Highness Sylvia Nagginda, the Nabagereka of Buganda, and Speaker of Parliament Anita Among, both of whom received personal prayers from the American evangelist during the crusade sessions.
Earlier, Hinn was hosted at State House Nakasero by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and First Lady Janet Museveni, where he led them in prayer and held what the president described as “meaningful discussions on faith and religion.”
“Pastor Benny Hinn, the American evangelist currently in Uganda for a three-day crusade, visited me and Maama Janet at the Nakasero State Lodge this evening. We engaged in meaningful discussions on faith and religion, followed by a heartfelt prayer for our nation,” President Museveni posted on social media.
The crusade has been marked by reports of remarkable healing, including the dramatic account of a man previously confined to a wheelchair due to a regressed brain condition.
According to witnesses, the man “stood up and jumped out of the wheelchair” following prayer—a moment that sent waves of jubilation through the crowd.
The Uganda Healing Crusade continues to stir religious fervor and national reflection, with thousands still pouring in to witness what many are calling a divine visitation.
Organizers believe this spiritual momentum will leave a lasting mark on the nation.
“The glory of God is rising,” Hinn proclaimed. “Uganda will never be the same again.”
Pastor Benny Hinn was hosted in Uganda by Pastor Robert Kayanja and Miracle Centre Cathedral in Rubaga Kampala. The church sits on 25 acres of land. Pastor Benny Hinn praised Pastor Kayanja for organizing a great crusade and appointed him his coordinator for crusades in Africa.
He( Pastor Benny Hinn) will next year visit Ethiopia and then subsequent years, Rwanda, Eritirea, South Sudan and other countries.
