FDC lady Tusanyuke Christine Matabura joins race for Woman MP Mbarara City

A Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) lady Tusanyuke Christine Matabura has joined the race for Woman MP Mbarara City.

Speaking to the East Africanwatch.net this evening she said Mbarara city dwellers deserve better and that she and her FDC party are ready to cause the social, economic transformation.

Matabura said that the changes should include good education and health care and skilling youths to create incomes and jobs.

“Good security, sports and fighting corruption will be high on our agenda” she added.

Matabura also said that the businesses in Mbarara can be made to improve with enacting laws in the Ugandan Parliament that promote trade and business in Uganda which she said she is ready to champion.

The candidate is a daughter of Matabura Dezi and was born and raised in Mbarara City and she is an accountant by profession and a business woman in Mbarara town.

“We (me and FDC) are committed to make life better for our people in Mbarara city, we are ready to work for our people to effect social economic transformation.

I ask the people of Mbarara City to trust me with their votes and I will serve them. I know the challenges of our people and I am ready to work with them to solve them” Matabura

Matabura is intelligent, beautiful and social and analysts in Mbarara said that her candidature will cause trouble to her competitors since she has oratory power and good ideas.

She will face Kibaju Charity and the incumbent Rita Atukwasa among others.
