The former Kawempe North MP aspirant Hon Hajjat Hanifah Karadi has asked students to be focused on their studies and to take on life pleasures if they must after school.

Speaking to the students of Mbogo High school yesterday afternoon, Hon. Hajjat Hanifah advised them to concentrate on their studies for better grades and serious learning.

She told them to avoid sexual relations, drugs alcohol and bad groups which can distract them from achieving their goals in education.

“Education is good, your parents are sacrificing to get you to school so that you can have a foundation for the future. Do not allow to be distracted by pleasure now” she started.

She said the discipline exhibited now at school trains them how they will handle life after school.

Hon. Hajjat Hanifah said because of access to mobile phones and technology some youths are misusing social media.  “Stay focused, be purpose driven, keep disciplined, utilise social media responsibly, let us build responsible youths who are the future leaders and generation that will drive the economy and life in our country” she added.

Hon. Hajjat Hanifah also thanked the administration f of Mbogo High school for nurturing disciplined students who are already exhibiting good leaderships. She also handed over leadership certificates to the outgoing cabinet of student leaders.
