RUKIGA – Former Rukiga County Member of Parliament, Hon. Roland Ndyomugyenyi Bish, has officiated as Guest of Honour and best man at a wedding ceremony in his home district.
Manuel and Lydia exchanged their marriage vows today at St. Mark Lyabirengye Church of Uganda Parish in Bukinda Sub-county, Rukiga District.
The holy matrimony was presided over by Rev. Namanya Boaz of st mark Church of Uganda Parish in Rukiga.
Hon. Bish, who graced the occasion as best man and the Guest of Honour, is back in Rukiga after resuming duty on September 1st as the East African Representative on the African Panel of Trade and Investment for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) at the AfCFTA Secretariat based in Accra, Ghana.
The wedding attracted a host of dignitaries that included Synod Member Kakuru Moses.
