A Kampala Politician Senabulya Maurice has promises to introduce to his voter’s, soft loan schemes to bolster their businesses and projects.

Hon Senabulya is contesting for the Kampala Central Division Lord councillorship as an independent candidate, although he identifies him selves as a strong NRM Party cadre.

“Am strong member of the National Resistance Movement, and one of the founders of the former Uganda Young Movementists founded in 1997. And I have worked and supported my NRM party”

Hon Senabulya Maurice Born 11th Oct 1972 at Kasubi, Kampala district, he went to Kasubi Church of Uganda primary school, Busoga College Mwiri and Makerere University.

His mission for Kampala people;

“To all my constituents I understand what a representative at KCCAA performs. According to the KCCA act I perform four cardinal roles ie representation, legislation, budgeting, oversight and lobbying, however while performing these roles I intend to blend them with a practical touch.

  1. Lobbying to make Kampala central a model division I will lobby KCCA to streamline development of all public infrastructure to meet I international standards and benchmark Kampala central as a model for Kampala metropolitan.
  2. I will introduce soft loan schemes for my communities in all the 20 parishes.

He said loans are essential in moving work and businesses as they are among the factors of production which has affected people who want to start or boost their work and businesses.

Hon Senabulya is a registered resident in Nakasero IV Kampala central division block 1 A. He works from Kampala Central and has supported local projects of residents.

“I want to work and lobby for the residents of Kampala Central Division and become their vibrant voice; I appeal to them to vote and try me” he told the eastafricanwatch.net

He will face candidates from NRM, FDC, NUP and other parties all fighting for the same seat.
