Hon Niwagaba Wilfred the Ndorwa East legislator friday represented the Speaker of the Parliament of Uganda, Hon Anita Among at the thanksgiving ceremony of Hon Roland Ndyomugyenyi -Bish at Ryabirengye C.O.U in Rukiga.
In her message, Hon Anita Among promised to always work with Hon Bish and sent a sh 20m cash .
She thanked Hon Niwagaba Wilfred for accepting to represent her at the function which attracted who is who in Kigezi.
