The embattled Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party Legislator Hon Francis Mwijukye has been dragged to court over an alleged debt of sh. 30 million.
The Buhweju county Member of Parliament will soon face court according to lawyers of Hon Dan Matsiko as they demand payment of sh.30 million which is said to be a loan that Hon Dan gave him and he has not cleared it.
Dan Matsiko is the FDC deputy President in charge of western Uganda while Mwijukye belongs to the Katoga breakaway group.
Hon Mwijukye however in an interview this evening said Dan is a conman who belong to Hon Nandala’s side and they are trying to tarnish his image.

“Hon Dan is a conman who is on the FDC Nandala’s side and he is trying to tarnish my image. Just ignore his story because he cannot go to court and should show you evidence when he gave me money” Hon Mwijukye added.
He said he has not seen Dan Matsiko physically for the last 10 years.” Let Hon Dan tell you when and how he gave me the money” hon Mwijukye added.
