Over 170 girls have been defiled in the West Nile in the past five months
That is also to say 35 girls are defiled in each month and also to mean that everyday a girl is defiled in the region.
This is according to Josephine Angucia, the West Nile Region Police spokesperson. People are wondering that are parents’ part of this crime? And can’t NGOs and religious organizations help?
