Phiona Nyamutoro is a Ugandan politician and legislator serving as the National Female Youth Member of parliament in the eleventh parliament of Uganda.
She is the Minister of State for Energy and Mineral Development (Minerals).
Nyamutoro who was born 9th December 1993 is also the newly elected NRM Woman MP flag bearer for Nebbi district.
She is a mother and wife to Eddie Kenzo a musician in Uganda.
