President Museveni’s Private Press Secretary Ms. Caroline Kembabazi has advised youths to have the right mindset and to have faith that they can make it in life.
She advised them to acquire life and leadership skills that they can use to be exemplary citizens of the country and to contribute to Uganda’s development.
She asked them to take advantage of the various government programs among them skilling youths Uganda and Parish Development Model to become vehicles of social and economic transformation in Uganda and beyond.
Kembabazi urged the student leaders to be exemplary and exhibit good leadership skills as they lead students and to be humble, good listeners, transparent and visionary.
She made the remarks at the weekend during the handover ceremony students’ leaders to a new team at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) in Kampala where she was the chief guest.
The presidential aide also said that the fear of God helps them to be focused and disciplined.
She also displayed President Yoweri Museveni’s portrait an art work of one Ankunda Arnold and was eventually bought at sh.1million.
Ms. Kembabazi also thanked President Museveni for appointing her as his Private Press secretary and urged the youths to continue mobilizing for the NRM party and government which she said would help them to realize social economic change and development.
Ms Kembabazi who is commonly called the ‘Chief Muzukulu wa Museveni’ which translates as the chief granddaughter of President Museveni stressed the change the youths need will be delivered to them by the NRM government and should not be hoodwinked by the blind opposition groups.
