The latest person to visit President Museveni’s farm is the Minister of state for Energy Phiona Nyamutoro. But for her when you see her she loved the cows and actually enjoyed them but again was seen in the photographs running away from them.
President Yoweri Museveni has important people and some of them he has taken them to visit his farm.
They off course begin with his family members who include his wife Janet Museveni and the daughters and his beloved son Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Gen Muhoozi is seen by his lovers that he is Uganda’s next President in making.
President Museveni also recently hosted Kenyan Leaders President Ruto and his opponent Odiga. While at the farm he share with them in that relaxed mood and pushes forward his points to them of how they can work together.

What is the significance of cows to President Museveni’s visitors?

It is a time to enjoy his farm and relax at the same time.
It is a time to share important messages to his visitors.
It is also a time to share with them his culture especially about the Ankole long honed cows and share with them how cattle keeping, is a lucrative business.
He also uses the opportunity and the occasion of visits his farms to emphasis to his visitors that he is an African big dairy farmer, who loves cows. In the traditional African culture its important that a family had cows, it was not just a source of revenue but a sign of wealth and power.
Cows among some Banyankole are very important especially with people with Chwezi roots since some say that in some ones crawl there maybe cows that are brought to some ones farm by the Bachwezi spirits. Some Banyankole don’t eat their cows when they die, they simply burry them according to some sources from Banyankole.
A friend in Kampala who works at Kampala road recently told me that some Ankole cows are strange they just emerge and one finds them in his compound and having been brought by the Bachwezi.
According to her the Banchwezi are real and that might carry some magic why President Museveni hosts some of his important guests and friends at his farms.
“ I don’t fear my political haters, why I have Bachwezi who protect me, they tell me in advance whoever is planning to hurt me, so are the Ankole cows they are strange they some belong to the Bachwezi although they live on peoples farms” she said.
