The Kisoro Municipality Mayor Richard Ndyana who recently declared interest to become the Kisoro district LC5 chairman has picked nomination forms from the NRM secretariat in Kampala.
Speaking to our reporter after picking the forms on Wednesday, he said he wants to work with the central government and NRM party and the local people to cause social economic development in Kisoro.
He said just like he has succeeded as mayor promoting infrastructural development, health and education he wants to double his efforts as LC5 chairman. He is set to win since he has a good record of performance and weak competitors and Hon Richard Ndyana has support of all leaders and the locals.
