Rwanda has opened a new border post with Uganda at Rwempasha-Kazinga which is between Rwmpasha sector (Nyagatare district) in Rwanda and Ngoma Gombolora in Ntungamo district -Uganda.
The entry point was initially was used locally by residents from either side to cross for visitation and trade but according to local officials in Ntungamo it is now an official border post. Uganda now has around four border crossing points(official) with Rwanda.
By nature of these border areas Uganda and Rwandans have their relatives across the borders and now they will trade and relate very well.
