Just like proximity is important in news, so the people of Rwenzori region are so excited to have a son of their soil Mr. Kasami Rogers Mike featuring as Presidential aspirant .
Mr. Kasami said when he picked nomination forms this the locals in Rwenzori and over 10 local FM radio stations in the same region got very excited.
“Remember I am the first Mutoro to contest for the presidency of Uganda and beyond this I have a lot of good plans of making Uganda better if elected next year as Uganda’s next President.
I and my team will fight corruption and use our money and our natural resources to put in place social services and other economic enablers-polices and trade protocols to access regional and global markets ” Mr. Kasami added.
Kasami Rogers Achali’s 2026 Residential bid revolves on his manifesto which focuses on boosting Uganda’s economy through various initiatives. Check some of the issues that he will address below;
– Economic Empowerment: – creating jobs, stimulating entrepreneurship, and ensuring access to quality education and healthcare.
– Job Creation: This has been his plan always in Skilling youths to make them job creators, promoting trade, and supporting sports development by facilitating access to premier sports clubs.
– Infrastructure Development: When we have better economic infrastructures then we expect the economy to be better; he is advocating for good roads, water, and electricity projects to improve living standards.
– Good Governance: The country needs better leadership and he (Kasami Rogers) will tackle corruption, ensuring transparency and accountability, and restoring the rule of law.
-National Unity: He stands for promoting inclusivity, diversity, and celebrating Uganda’s rich cultural heritage.
– Welfare: He is cornered over Improving the standard of living for citizens, providing social support and services.
– Security is paramount to economic growth and he is ready to promote regional security and security for Ugandans and their property.
– Commercial Agriculture: his aim is set in focusing on commercial agriculture (modern and mechanised farming and industrialization to drive economic transformation.
Meanwhile by press time today about 70 presidential aspirants had picked nomination forms from the Electoral Commission headquarters in Kampala.
Mr. Kasami and the above who will be fully nominated will be fighting to defeat President Yoweri Museveni in next year’s general elections.
