How much does Ssemuju Nganda earn compared to those innocent underpaid civil servants? How many vehicles is Ssemuju as a legislator having today?
He gets over 300 million as vehicle allowance every term in parliament? He ‘s here making noise over an old document smuggled out of classified information? Old document bearing even names of long time dead people like Mzee Yowasi Makaaru of Sheema/ Bushenyi?
Also Ssemuju’s document does not have names of recently appointed RDCs like Chris Aine , Godwin Angalia etc? Let him provide the country with current information not very old information which is no longer relevant here.
In fact, as an MP he should be making noise for the under paid civil servants like state house drivers, cooks, room attendants and those he calls “weight lesses” according to his video speech of mere lamentations?
Hon Ssemuju should give us solutions and Ugandans hope not lamenting day in day out inside Parliament?
He may also consider tabling a debate where MPs and ministers salaries should be cut, that is when we shall take him serious until then he is just making noise.
