A group of thugs a few days ago attacked a foreigner in Mengo Kampala leaving him fighting with death.
Whereas his details remain scanty, several sources indicate that the victim is a Swedish national who was walking home before a gang of city criminals descended on him and unleashed brutality.
Sources also said that the foreigner was rescued by good Samaritans at around 10pm and rushed him to some hospital. It is said the victim had been left with broken limbs and facial injuries.
“This Swedish national was walking along the road alone and was attacked in Mengo near my home at 10pm last night, bones broken in face and six broken ribs,” a source said
Police was yet to issue a statement in relation to the crime.
