Mr. Timothy Lubanga Commissioner in the department of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E in the office of the Prime Minister of Uganda has reportedly abandoned his wife Charlotte and has engaged with an old woman who is mother of 3 kids as his new wife.
According to source close to this case, Charlotte and her three children caught Lubanga and his fresh catch and love Nyakechwo together at one of their properties in Nakulabye. She (Charlotte) threatened to apply for divorce in court but which she did not do. And as if to cover up the man, Lubanga may be feeling guilty of his act instead rushed to court to dissolve his marriage with his longtime wife (Charlotte).
Information obtained from Court said that around July and August this year Lubanga applied for divorce after meeting or catching up with Lucy Nyakechwo who is believed to be a source of trouble in their marriage.
He had reportedly abandoned his family for months without sending them especially food and other home support that is supposed to be provided by a man in a home abandoning four of his children at his official home in Kizungu Makindye.
Sources close to the family said that even in this festive season, they have not been provided with food as if to leave his family to starve yet Lubanga is a very powerful and rich commissioner at the OPM office.( has worked in this office for over 20 years).
An anomaly at court;
Although Lubanga and his official wife own quite a number of properties close or over 10 in Kampala, Wakiso and upcountry in Tororo his home district, Lubanga applied for his divorce case at the Grade 1 Magistrate’s Court in Makindye. They are now actually before His worship Arinaitwe Erisha having been transferred from her Worship Lorna Patience Tukundane over suspected bias in mediation of their divorce case.
This Website has also obtained information that Lubanga has been harassing his wife Charlotte asking her to leave her matrimonial home which his wife has declined to until she is provided with a suitable alternative home where she can stay and raise her children.
Who is Nyakechwo?
Nyakechwo is a business woman working at the UN mall. Her shop is called Trends Sports Center which is located along Kisasi -Ntinda road.  She is a mother of 3 children. Who is now messing up Lubanga’s family. She is Lubanga tribes mate.
In a divorce case Lubanga is represented by Mark. E Kamanzi and Co. Advocates. Efforts to reach Lubanga for a comment have been futile since he has not responded to our reporters calls and whatsup message this morning. He has therefore not provided a comment on his family abandonment case.
Lubanga and Charlotte have three children of ages 18, 14 and 12). The two then lover birds met in 2002 when Lubanga impregnated Charlotte from Nakulabye Kampala causing her drop out of school but was later forced to educate her and eventually married her as his loved wife. She is said to have produced her first born while in senior six vacation and other children were produced by the couple later. The couple have been married for over 20 years now.
It was not possible to reach Charlotte for a comment about her estranged marriage with Lubanga.
Charlotte and Lubanga Love story;
In 2002; Lubanga engaged the young Charlotte by then in the act of love where he impregnated her, he was the reportedly to take care of all Charlotte’s school cores and personal needs since her father had bitterly banished her. It’s now 23 years since the two have been staying together, but the saddest news is that Lubanga is throwing her out of her matrimonial home located in Makindye Kizungu Lukuli where she has been abandoned with her 3 children (plus another child Lubanga sired outside their marriage).

Although Lubanga is doing his office work of M&E well he has partly failed his role as a family head with his wife Charlotte the lover of his youth.
