Nine children of the late Kampala business Tycoon Justus Rugyengye have failed to match with the DNA samples that were purported to have been extracted from the body of the when he died.
So in shot they have failed to match with provided DNA samples. Are they Rugyengye’s children or not?
Recently following a family dispute among Rugyengye’s wives the Administrator General advised the wives to take their children for DNA test to ascertain their paternity so that they can qualify to benefit from Rugyengye’s estate.
The official wife Shallot Kwikiriza Rugyengye also the state Attorney of Kajansi has been disputing that Tumusime Miracle Rugyengye is not a child of the late Rugyengye. But when the DNA was carried out it was discovered that Miracle and all the eight children including four of Shallot Kwikiriza could not match with the DNA samples allegedly extracted from Rugyengye’s body.

Meanwhile Nice Mbabazi one of the wives of the late who happens to be the mother of Miracle complained that the bosses at the Administrator Generals office had not helped her to find support from the estate of the late.
” My son should get support from the estate of my dear late husband who died in my hands and under my care. Shallot’s children are benefiting and mine should as well” benefit from the estate” she stated.

Our reporter failed to reach Kwikiriza for a comment on the failed DNA test and the wayforward for Rugyengye’s children and their welfare.
