Ugandan bus accident; 20 killed

A Ugandan bus accident today has left 20 people killed. The victims are said to have been passengers on a link bus and were travelling from Kampala to Fort portal City.

The number of injured is not yet established. And the accident could have been caused by over speeding. The bus is said to have lost control and went off the road to tea gardens.

The eastafricanatch.net online newspaper is yet to get more details from the Police in the area.

The Public has appealed to the Ugandan traffic police to work hard and reduce the bus accidents that are becoming common.
