Asher Owere, the Chairman General NOTU says special days like the 12th annual Africa Public Service Day should help Government to reflect on ways to improve public servants’ welfare.

Owere made the remarks Friday during the commemoration of the workers’ day.

“Let’s use such days and occasions to reflect and plan to improve on the welfare of workers in this case in Uganda.  I mean all government workers across all sectors.” Owere stated.
