During the symposium conducted by the Development Watch Centre on strategic alignment between Uganda’s NDPIV and China’s 15th five-year plan , the Chinese Embassy in Uganda shared its briefing on the spirit of China’s two sessions. The presentation shared below was delivered by H.E FAN Xuecheng, Charge d’affaires, Embassy of China in Uganda. The High-profile meeting attracted members of the academia that included Prof Grace Kyomuhendo of Makerere University and Mr. Vuyo Mjimba (researcher) who is based in Johannesburg South Africa and journalists among others.
